My philosophy focuses on continual lifelong learning as I work towards enhancing the well-being of my clients by empowering them with the knowledge, skills, support, guidance and resources to assist and inspire them on their journey to a healthier life. Fitness and Wellness has always been a passion of mine. As a Certified Personal Trainer, my role is to motivate, enable and make training a fun and rewarding experience. I love to see my clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals, through a tailored approach of regular fitness activities and guided fitness programs.
Seven years ago Urban Fitness began with a few mom friends in my basement and has grown to a full sized gym with over 50 clients and lots of programs. In the past year, I've moved from just fitness classes and personal training, to group fitness and sports conditioning. I work very closely with teen and preteen athletes who want to improve endurance, stamina and strength. I've also created a class called "Girl Power", specifically geared towards young girls to teach them about the importance of exercise and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. A new Accountability Program, Kick-Start, launched this summer to help people kick-start their fitness goals and eating habits.
My goal is continue to develop programs to help others get to where they want to be in terms of health and wellness. Fitness is here to be enjoyed and provides us with the ability to enjoy a healthy active lifestyle. The beauty is you get to choose your own fitness adventures – the options are endless.

Group classes and boot camp are a great way to workout with others who have similar fitness goals. They're affordable and, chances are, there's one to fit your schedule perfectly. Even better, they're packed with motivated, not-afraid-to-sweat people who'll inspire and push you.
FITNESS AND SELF ESTEEM CLASSES FOR TEENS AND PRETEENS
Join this NEW four week fitness and health workshop for teen and preteen girls! These classes will focus on building physical strength and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.
This one hour class, once a week will introduce girls to exercise, fitness and maintaining a healthy mind and body! Girls will get a fun workout, followed by some team building and healthy lifestyle information.
Exercise and fitness participation can enhance mental health by offering adolescent girls positive feelings about body image, improved self-esteem, and increased self-confidence.
Ages: 8-14 years
Cost: $60 for 4 weeks
Dates: Monday 4:00 - 5:00 P.M.
WEDNESDAY 9:30 A.M.

$50 for 4 classes on a pass
$15 drop in classes
All classes take place in-studio and outdoors between May and October, weather pending

A person who you hold yourself accountable to each week for getting things done, workouts and clean eating and achieving the goals you set yourself.
There are several different programs available, but all of the communication is done via text messaging between you and the coach! It's like having a personal trainer and nutritionist at your fingertips!

Yes, if you stick to the meal plan and exercise daily, you will loose weight and drop inches!
This is the most vigerous program. It's a two week fitness and food boot camp!
Here is what it entails:
•Follow a strict two week meal plan
•Exercise for a minimum of one hour daily for two weeks
•Take measurements and photos before and after
•Check in with the accountability coach daily
•Be accountable to your coach and yourself
•Text if you need support and guidance
Duration: Two weeks
This program is for clients who want to continue on after completing the Kick-Start program and/ or want some accountability for your fitness and food!
This program is monthly and allows some flexibility.
